FAQ

How does an intervention begins?

Interventions begins with the need for a professional to intervene on behalf of a loved one who is not open to receiving treatment. That initial first call is one of the most important steps in relaying all relevant information about your loved one’s struggles. This is where a plan begins. Extensive information is collected about your loved one, as well as your families deepest understanding.

The interventionist assigned to you will ask a series of questions to anyone who will have involvement in the intervention. It is important for us to understand all of your perspectives. There is never a detail too small to share. Our goal is to have a full understanding of the situation and someone may have details that others do not. As soon as we begin to gather these details we understand your loved ones state of mind, where it all began and what plan will guide them towards their New Way of Life.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Insurance doesn’t cover New Freedom's services and all our services are private pay. However, we can facilitate placements and with treatment options, both inpatient and outpatient, that accept insurance.

Are you a treatment program?

No. New Freedom is not a treatment facility and we do not provide therapy. We provide therapeutic support services, such as case management, coaching, therapeutic companions, etc. that work in conjunction with other clinical care. Additionally, we help families, employers and individuals through providing consulting services and finding appropriate treatment options or providers in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
