About Us
New Freedom's intervention services was created with the purpose of assisting those struggling with substance use disorder as well as their family members. Our goal is to guide individuals in finding and accepting the proper level of care, that is best suited to their unique experiences and concerns.
Our unique care management team gives added success. We follow a person ongoing, depending on the model you feel is best for you. This gives us the chance to see what is working in a person’s sobriety, what is not working and we can cue in on the signs of relapse to potentially prevent the cycle from continuing. What better way to support the disease process, but to have someone you trust to guide you through? We are here for our families 24 hours a day, when it matters most. Substance use disorder does not stop and neither will we when it comes to our clients and their families.
